However, to keep you guessing we have infused throughout the setlist songs that helped influence a vibe relevant to the times when girl groups led the charts. The disco + new wave movement and the strong female rock/pop leads of the 80’s, 90’s and today.

■ Sunday girl is much more than an ordinary tribute band to the Iconic group, Blondie. We also weave songs into our setlists that feature artists and genres that we feel were influential to them, or by them.
WHile we cover all of Blondie’s most iconic songs and deep cuts (our setlist is very Blondie heavy), in between you will probably hear a tune by the eurythmics, or perhaps the shangri-la’s…maybe some siouxsie, and most definitely some French go-go or italian disco.
As a band, we also try to recreate moments in time with tunes that were/are anthems to a generation, from the 60’s to today, that all have a shared vibe. Our show transports you back to the rooms of CBGB’s, Studio 54, and the underground pubs where icons are discovered.
